The Department of International Trade and Exhibition offers undergraduate program of International Business, which students can earn the Bachelor Degree of Economics. The International Business Program aims to develop the students to be international business professions with morality, intelligence, physique, art and labor, have good ideological quality and moral cultivation, practice the core socialist values, face multinational corporations and international enterprises, prepare the students who have the theoretical basis of modern economy and management, with fluent English skill and computer science and technology, master modern business technology, understand international economics and trade laws, rules and practices, and be proficient in international business, and are ready to serve small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang Province.

The content of microeconomics focuses on the discussion of demand, supply and equilibrium prices, consumer behavior theory, producer behavior theory, basic theory of national income determination, unemployment, inflation and economic contraction, as well as the government's fiscal and monetary policies for macroeconomic regulation and control, based on the basic requirements of microeconomics course teaching and the principle that it must be sufficient, with "market-oriented allocation and utilization" as the core content. This course briefly and vividly introduces the basic principles, analytical tools and methods, theoretical application and policy analysis of economics. These knowledge basically meet the requirements of economic management students for basic economic theory.

Through the teaching of this course, students will comprehensively and systematically master the basic concepts, basic ideas, basic analysis methods and basic theories of economics, clarify the overall content, main conclusions and application conditions of economics, have a comprehensive understanding of the basic problems and basic views of economics, be able to establish the basic thinking framework of economics, and correctly understand the logical relationship and basic laws of economic operation, be able to conduct simple analysis on economic problems and economic phenomena, and have preliminary analysis ability.
